Our services allow caregivers free time during the day, as well as a peace of mind that their loved one is in a safe, caring and productive environment. ABOUT US
Everyone ages. It is an inherent property of life. As our bodies and minds develop over time, we adapt to these changes by modifying our decisions and actions. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Nora O'Neal is here to help. At Nora O'Neal, we listen to the needs of our clients in order to understand their limitations and help as much as possible. We work with our community members to customize options that will help them lead the lives they want. We have been in business since 2002 with many acknowledgements and certificates and the best licensed ACMA and CNA workers along with our Activity Director and assistant.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Nora O'Neal provides a full spectrum of daily services in our Adult Day Care Center that help everyone live a life full of dignity, purpose, and respect. Whether one of our residents requires Medication Monitoring or they’d like to participate in daily activities, we strive to provide many options so our community members feel well taken care of.
MEDICATION MONITORING
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with Medication Monitoring to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Nora O'Neal. It’s just one of the things that sets our Adult Day Care Center apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our clients to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services. We have the best ACMA's daily to provide and distribute medication properly.
NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY PROGRAM
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Nora O'Neal provides the support that our clients and their families require, including Nutritional and Dietary eating, which we are more than happy to offer.
NORA O'NEAL ACTIVITIES
Many of our members at Nora O'Neal require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Adult Day Care Center provides complimentary and customizable Assisted services for all our clients. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Nora O'Neal. We provide the best Activities hand picked by our Activity Director Alishia Richardson. We also provide free community lunches for all ages Monday through Saturday. We also provide Group Activities, Outings and Community Activities.

We kindly ask all new participants to complete an intake packet before getting started. Please download the PDF linked below and fill it out. You may complete the form digitally and email it to blsimpkins@aol.com, or print it out and bring the completed packet to our location at 631 SW E Ave, Lawton, OK 73501.
